So much has happened in the last 3 years! It’s hard to even wrap my head around the fact it has actually been 3 years since 2020. What a roller coaster ride! HeARTS Found is still a passion of mine. Healing through art, music & culinary art has worked to help the healing process from trauma in so many people’s lives, me, being one of them. Music Circles, House Concerts and Art Gatherings are in process this year. We began the Music Circles in Jan of 2023, House Concerts begin this month (May 2023) Art Gatherings and Songwriting Workshops are in the early planning stage but will hopefully be in progress by early Fall of this year.
